FIVE TIME PRAYER Does congregation I

Berjama'ah prayer is included from the Sunnah (ie roads and instructions) Prophet and companions. Prophet and his companions always do, never leave it unless there is' a syar'i udzur.

Among these postulates are:
1. Allaah orders for Ruku 'with people who Ruku'
From the proposition that shows the necessity of prayer is the word of God berjama'ah Exalted: "And establish regular prayers and practice regular charity and ruku'lah with people who ruku '." (Al Baqarah: 43).
Said Al-Imam Abu Bakr al-Kasaniy Al-Hanafiy when explaining the necessity berjama'ah prayers: "As for (indication) of the Book is a saying:" And ruku'lah with people who ruku '. "( Al-Baqarah: 43).
Allah the Exalted ordered Rukus together people who ruku ', so that by joining the ruku' then this is an order upholding berjama'ah prayer. Command shows the absolute necessity to remove it. "(Bada` i'ush-Shana `i 'fi-Syara Tartibisy` i' 1 / 155 and Kitabush-shalah hal.66).

So when Allah the Exalted has commanded to perform prayers in a state of fear berjama'ah the safe is more emphasized again (obligations). In this issue said al-Imam al-Mundhir: "When God commanded to pray in a state of fear berjama'ah shows in more mandatory safe again." (Al-Sunan Wal Ausath Ijma fis' Wal deviation 4 / 135; Ma'alimus work of al-Sunan Khithabiy 1 / 160 and Al-Mughniy 3 / 5).

3. Commands the Prophet to perform prayers berjama'ah
Al-Imam Al-Bukhariy has narrated from Malik ibn al-Huwairits: I went to the Prophet in a group of my people, so we stayed with him for 20 days, and the Prophet was a loving and gentle to the companions, so when he saw our longing to our families, he said: "Come back you and be with them and teach them and you shalatlah, when it came time to pray, let one of you and let adzan the oldest person (knowledgeable about Al-Kitab & As-Sunnah and rote most Qur'an her) among you lead you. " (Hadith al-Bukhari History no. 628, 2 / 110 and Muslim convey the same to him no. 674, 1/465-466).
So the Prophet ordered adzan noble and lead prayers when the entry of the prayer time he commanded the pelaksanakannya against berjama'ah, and ordered something to show for duty.

5. No Relief from the Prophet for the People Leaving Prayer Berjama'ah

Indeed the noble Prophet did not give relief to 'Abdullah Ibn Umm Maktum to leave prayer berjama'ah and implement at home, when Ibn Umm Maktum have some' udzur as follows:
a. Things are blind,
b. The absence of guiding him to the mosque,
c. Home away from the mosque,
d. The existence of date palms and other trees in his way between his house and mosque,
e. The existence of many wild animals in Medina and
f. Old age and their bones are fragile.

Al-Imam Muslim has narrated from Abu Hurayrah who said: A blind man came to the Prophet and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I really do not have a guide who led me to the mosque". Then he asked the Prophet to give relief for him to pray at the Prophet gave her relief. When Ibn Umm Maktum way back, the Prophet called him and said: "Did you hear my call (adzan) to pray?" he answered "true", then the Prophet said: "Fill the call."
And also many other propositions which will indicate the necessity of prayer in the mosque berjama'ah for every Muslim who baligh, reasonable and there is no 'udzur syar'i him.

Shaykh al-Islam explains that in certain circumstances Muslim prayers at the mosque greater than at home when the mosque there is a lesson (study groups) are delivered by Ahlus Sunnah, but if the mosque there are no studies' science then pray at home better than the mosque.

Taking Science to Religion of the Righteous Manhajnya

So when it was viewed, if 'science (hadith) that comes from the Ahlus Sunnah then taken haditsnya but when coming from Ahlul Bid'ah haditsnya then rejected. " (See Prolegomena Saheeh Muslim).

Due to bad for people who do not meet the call for prostrate

From the arguments that demonstrate the necessity of prayer berjama'ah is what has been described by Allah, the Exalted from harm due to people who do not satisfy / answer the call to prostrate. Have Jubayr ibn Sa'id said: "They heard (the call)" Hayya 'alal falaah' but do not meet the call. " (Tafsir Al-Qurthubiy 18/151 and Holy Ma'ani 29/36).

Said Ibrahim Al-Nakha'iy: "That they were summoned by adzan and iqamah but they are reluctant (to meet these calls)." (Ibid).
Said Ibrahim Al-Taimiy: "That is (they are addressed) to the obligatory prayer with adzan and iqamah." (Tafsir Al-Baghawiy 4 / 283).

And some commentators have explained also that it is in this verse there is a threat to the people who left the prayer berjama'ah. On the basis of / street said Al-Hafiz Ibn Jauziy: "And in this verse there is a threat to the people who berjama'ah prayer." (Zaad Masir 8 / 342).

Al-Imam said Fakhrurraziy (the verse): "And indeed they are at the time in the world has been summoned to prostrate themselves while they in a state of prosperity." Said Al-Imam Ibn al-Qayyim: "And has been said more than one of salafush righteous about the word of God, the Exalted:" And indeed they are on time in the world have been summoned to prostrate themselves while they in a state of peace. "(Al-Qalam: 43) , which is saying you `adzdzin:" Hayya 'alash-shalaah Hayya' alal-falaah ".

This is a proposition that is built on two things:
The first: that the summons is required
The second: can not meet the call unless the berjama'ah present in prayer.
It is one of (the obligation to pray at the mosque berjama'ah-Pent) is already understood by the group of the most 'pious of this ummah and the most fahamnya is among the Companions of radi' anhum. (Ibn al-Qayyim, p. Kitabush shalah. 65).
As for the necessity of prayer will strengthen berjama'ah also is what has been mentioned by 'Abdullah bin' Abbas from harm due to those who left. In closing we deliver words Ibrahim ibn Yazid Al-Taimiy, he said: "When you see / get one mengenteng-entengkan (bermudah hope) the problem takbiratul ihram, then cleanse your body from him." (Rules A'lamin Nubala `5 / 62, see p. Dharuratul Ihtimam. 83).

Let the outside or travel to see prayer time. When the time adzan soon blown about 5 or 10 minutes then we ought to notice, whether the solution we can pursue to get takbiratul Ihram or not? If not, we'd better wait until we finished prayers.

Al San'ani said: "This hadeeth is a proposition that everything that can destroy concentration in prayer and also can turn a good heart concentration of engravings or other object is makruh law." (Subul al Salaam (I/151))

Al-Izz ibn Abd al Salam said: "Makruh ruling on prayer rug beautifully decorated. Because prayer must be done with humility and calm. Are not the people who are in Mecca and Medina mosques to pray on the ground, sand and gravel because of tawadhu '(humility) to God. "

Jama'ah prayer outside the mosque

The scholars disagree on the legal issues jama'ah prayers outside the mosque, in this case there are three opinions.

FIRST OPINION.
Can do pray outside the mosque jama'ah.

[1] Hadith Jabir who marfoo:

SECOND OPINION.
Not allowed unless berjama'ah prayers at the mosque. This opinion is narrated from Imam Ahmad, and Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah merajihkan opinion described in "Kitab al-Prayer." Anybody who would contemplate as-Sunnah in truth, he would
gain clarity that doing prayers in the mosque berjama'ah it is an obligation which has been set, except for the incapacitated person that he could leave and jama'ah Friday prayers. Leaving the mosque (prayer berjama'ah) without udzur was like leaving home
berjama'ah command with no udzur, this has been agreed by the various hadith and atsar [Book of Prayer by Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah 461]. He said: "By God we submit to Him, really do not permissible for anyone to leave berjama'ah prayer in the mosque except the people who have udzur, wallahu 'bish shawab nature" [The Book of Prayer by Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah 461]


Even some scholars think someone's off to pray jama'ah done at home. THIRD OPINION.
Should distinguish between people who listen to the call adzan invalid unless doing prayers in the mosque with people who do not hear adzan, where prayer is not valid unless done with berjama'ah.

As for the opinion of Ibn Hazm: He said in al-Muhalla: "....
Fardhu prayer performed by someone who will not get a reply when he heard adzan except when he worked at the mosque with the priest, if he deliberately left it with no udzur, then his prayer is void. If he had not heard adzan he should do with berjama'ah Fardhu prayers with one or more, if he does not
working (with berjama'ah) then there is no prayer for him unless he did not get one that can be invited to pray with him, when he was given a reply, as well as for those who have udzur he will be rewarded (the prayer) is done not with berjama ' ah "[Al-Muhalla Syarhu Al-Majalla 4 / 265]

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said in al-Fatawa al-Mishriyah: "If there is someone doing prayers at his home in berjama'ah whether (his duty to attend the mosque had been killed? In it there was a debate, he should not leave the duty to attend (jama'ah ) in the mosque unless there udzur "[Mukhtasar al-Fatawa al-Mishriyah, Ibn Taymiyyah 52]

Tanbih.
As has been determined that should not be left in the mosque praying jama'ah udzur but there is, then there are three things to consider:

[1] For anyone who missed jama'ah prayers at the mosque and not get others to pray with him jama'ah better for him to come home and pray with his family jama'ah.

[2] If the condition as a traveler or an excursion, and he and his family, then he should pray with his family berjama'ah.

[3] If the missed prayers in the mosque jama'ah near him then he should berjama'ah in other mosques and menyusahkannya Had not he able to get it.
